Our four signature patterns are ashlar slate (classic cut-stone blocks in mixed sizes, our most popular), wood plank, random stone and tile look. Those are what we pour most, but we’re open to any stamped design you show us.

How much does stamped concrete cost?

Every job is quote-based. The price depends on the size, the pattern, demo of the old surface, base prep and site conditions. Manny gives you a free fixed-price written quote at the estimate, and the city or county permit fee is paid separately.

How long does stamped concrete last?

Sealed, stamped concrete lasts 25–40 years. It’s poured in one piece, so there’s no shifting and no weeds growing between joints. A fresh coat of sealer keeps the color looking its best.

How long does a stamped driveway take to build?

The permit takes 1–2 WEEKS in unincorporated Miami-Dade and 1–2 MONTHS in other cities. The build takes 4 DAYS: demo and forms, the city inspection, pour and stamp, then a pressure wash and seal.
